Tripp Caldwell’s career began as an Operational Risk Associate in financial services consulting, and he recently served as a Lead Operational Risk Officer in financial risk reporting at a multinational bank. As a broker, Tripp works with retailers on expansion plans in the Charlotte MSA and Carolinas. He will also work with landlords and developers on site identification and leasing projects.
